There are many prophecies of doom out there, but as all things, the end is simply the last of one cycle of life and the beginning of the next. How we transition through this period depends largely on the collective conscience of those who are enlightened. Here are some simple steps to reconnect with the earth, heal her and begin the cycle of new life.
#1) Grow a garden. Nothing makes the mother happier than the loving touch of her children. Even such a simple thing as a few herbs for your kitchen on the windowsill (mint is very easy to grow and makes a wonderful addition to evening tea, or makes iced tea more refreshing), or as complex as a sustainable food source, love your mother, create your connection by communing with her in a way that is meaningful to you and her, a connection to the lifeforce that ebbs and flows through nature will be closer to you and bring you a greater appreciation and connection to the universe around you. Each day, enhance that intimate bond by getting up in the morning, taking a long cool drink of water, swish it around in your mouth, and put some of this water back on your garden to nourish the plants and give them a genetic connection to you. The mother will hear you and know you intimately, and your plants will do their best to provide the nutrients you need.
#2) Meditate on a bright future. Think not of doom and gloom but a glorious transition such as the larvae of the butterfly. Know that trials will clense this earth, but there is a bright and wonderous time ahead of us once the empire of greed is swept away. Think about your place in this new world and glory in the empowerment of your mother earth and father sky.
#3) Love yourself with pure love and not vanity. For you are a part of the universal plan, and nothing pleases the creator more than the joy of creations that love their gift of life. For if you love yourself, you are giving back that love to the devine within you, and this love will spill over to encompass the devine order and the wonder of the universe through life and nature.
These three simple things will help bring you closer to the earth, and may ease you through the transition to come. Keep your awareness, and listen to what the spirit tells you and may we all meet in a more enlightened era to come.

Ringing Cedars Review up to book 6
I must say I highly recommend this series to any and all practitioners, but I do so with a bit of caution. There is an incredible message in this series, and that message is that we must all return to our pristine origins in order to be free of the enslavement of this empire of greed. In this series is the means for even the most ordinary of people to become independant of the system by creating a paradise for themselves and their descendants as long as they remain in control of the land.
Anastasia appears to have been gifted with the vast knowledge and wisdom of the anceint Vedic people. This wisdom and knowledge is quite similar to that of my Druid ancestors, and is in harmony with what my grandfather has taught me. This enigmatic woman is able to grasp and recite a lot of knowledge that seems to make ties with modern science however, she is still a girl with occasional flights of fancy. There are many contradictions, though, even amongst her own recited beliefs. These contradictions begin to appear minorly in the 4th book of the series, but really rear up in book 5 and 6.
Rather than dwell on the negative points, however, I'd really like to point out the message that I believe is worthy of all readers. First are the re-introductions into today's culture of the need to become one with the land and allow the land's bounty to heal you as you heal the earth. This is one of the basic tennants of druidism, and was taught to all who attended their teachings. Parables of the devastation of the land that echoes the devastation of the soul by separation from the land are rampant in the ancient tales, the same tales that encompassed those which later became the tales of King Arthur though distorted through time to serve religious views. The Ringing Cedars series does this in a very palatable way which appeals both to modern and ancient religions.
Second is the means to become self-sufficient, empowering the individual to take charge of their destiny and allow themselves to establish an inheritable paradise which will not only provide for themselves, but their descendants. Unlike other self-help books, here in the Ringing Cedars is a method that everyone and anyone can follow to make a brighter future for themselves and their children by creating "A Space of Love". Outlined in this book is the method in which to be able to garden well and provide most of the foodstuffs you need. In this uncertain time of Genetically Modified foods whose effects are still unknown and unstudied, this is incredibly important information! This alone makes this series infinitely worthwhile if for no other reason!
Third is to confirm the means of thoughtform creation and manifestation in the material. The Ringing Cedars series expounds on the idea of spirituality, pure thought and creation in a very easily digested manner to any and all who care to read these books. Much of what is said is echoed in the truths of the teachings of my grandfather, and what I've read since, but here it is put much more clearly and succinctly and in such a way as any layperson could understand. Though I'm not too keen on the presentation as man as the ultimate creation, it does get the point across regarding the devine inheritance within us all, the ability to co-create not only life, but thoughtforms of the future which can manifest in the material.
The overall message of this series is very clear in that we can each in turn wallow in the hell we have created for ourselves and revel in its destruction, or we can invoke the thoughtforms of a bright and harmonious future in a paradise on earth. Personally, I prefer the latter. :D
To address some of the inconsistancies. I do find it hard to sit quiet about man being the ultimate creation of god. All god's creations are equal, to think otherwise is to bring back the same mentality that builds and maintains the empire of greed. The other inconsistancy is the vegan lifestyle proselytized continuously. This is vastly inconsistant with the statement that man was created in perfection. If that was so, and man was supposed to be vegan, then why, pray tell, doesn't every human have rounded teeth and two or more stomachs? Anyone versed in archeology can tell you that pristine cultures did indeed eat meat. The evidence is dug up out of the earth daily at sites where primitive humans existed. There are other things in the books that are outright rediculous (brontosaurus?), but others that confirm utterly my own experiences. Take those things from this series which are truthful and are true to you, and try not to be put off by the religion, contradictions and outrageous flights of fancy.

Prophetic Dreams
I had another dream last night of the future. (Some background: I've always had dreams and visions of future events, they are not consciously sought, and when I try to do so, I'm severely scolded. A large portion of those dreams and visions have come to pass, others are what might be if certain things are not changed. What I need to know comes to me when I need to know it. Hence I must trust in the universal plan and accept the visions and dreams when they are presented to me. This particular dream has some relevance or significance to others besides myself and I have been told to post it here. Generally I keep them to myself in my dream journal.)
My past dreams of the future have been incredibly catastrophic, however, this one has offered a hopefilled glimpse of things beyond the devastation. I saw a city whose foundations were crumbling, and I was bicycling through it after delivering (of all things) a puppy to a friend. No one lived in the city, but there were tours of the devastation that showed people the 'folly' of mankind. There was a different 'feel' to the people I met and the atmosphere was clean. I stopped to fix my bike, and was met by a newscrew who seemed to know who I was. They were in an 'electric carriage' (there were no combustion engines) that used bio-electric power as did all the motored vehicles, but they were very few. Most people rode bycicles or walked. They wanted me to tell them about the city, what it was like now and why it had been destroyed.
This dream was significant in the fact that we have somehow changed the future. Where my dreams of before, the majority of all remnants of mankind were reduced back to stoneage living and no culture left. The devastation was much worse, and the world was a vast desert. This dream showed forests and green fields growing and taking back the crumbling city. Humanity had preserved culture and green technology, the pollutive technologies were wiped away and the new society cultivated only energies and technologies that were non-destructive. This is a vast difference, and I'm hoping this new vision is the future we will move in to rather than the older dreams of devastation.

Anastasia by Vladimir Megre
I learned about this remarkable book in passing research on the web, and talked about it to a friend and colleague. She and I routinely discuss the latest scientific principles and how they validate spirituality rather than disprove it. On any given day we will discuss String Theory, Cosmology, Neural Physics, or any other interesting tidbit we've read or seen. (Not surprisingly our favorite shows inclue 'Through the Wormhole, TED talks, etc.)
Upon hearing my description of the book, we both proceded to look up the 'Ringing Cedars Press' and find out more about this incredible outpouring of natural knowledge. I was astounded to learn that much of what was talked about was in line with what I had been taught by the spirit of my Grandfather. This validation of my beliefs and works resonated very clearly through this manifestation. So my co-worker set about arranging with the library loan system to get us two copies to read.
The first book arrived and my friend let me read it first since she had other things she wished to read. Upon opening the book and delving in to the first couple of chapters, I was even more astounded that many of the principles I've worked with, including thought-form realization, resonance with nature, and much more were spelled out in the pages of this book. Many of the principles that I've begun to describe in this blog are put in to a riviting story of a man's journey and unexpected meeting in the Siberian Taiga (forests).
My initial reaction was of wonder that such an outpouring of knowledge and light could come from Russia. Like many of my generation, we have been taught to believe that Russia was a place of darkness, yet from there has come an incredible light. A movement brought about by this series of books that will change the face of this planet. Yes, I believe the message is that powerful and I recommend this book and series highly to anyone who will read it. If you are already a believer in the power of good and love, it will be an affirmation and validation empowering your works. If you are not, this series may just change your life. This is a book both Christians and Non-Christians alike can appreciate.
I will warn ahead of time, though, it is very strongly slanted towards Christianity, but as I have emphasized, we are all working for the good and this philosophy is not in conflict. Being a druid, however, I have to take a slight exception to the implication that Man is the only creature with a soul from the creator. All life is a manifestation of the soul of the creator. We are all connected with this life force, all a part of the greater whole. We need to acknowledge this fact that within the creatures around us is the same living soul as gives us life. It is the principle which Anastasia represents and why the creatures and plants acknowledge and assist her, not because of her 'dominion' but because of her one-ness of being with them.
That said, I pretty much agree with the message presented and whole-heartedly support the movement to go back to nature. I highly recommend this series to anyone upon the path of enlightenment.

More thoughts on the creative process
I find the parallel to the process of creating thoughtforms with that of the 'Gnosis' of creation still quite profound, and I'm reminded of the lightning struck tower in the tarot. A destruction of all you have known and believed in such a way that it makes room for a new foundation and new faiths. It has made me realize a great many things that are constants throughout the myriad of universes that cross through this space.
I had been aware of the Gnosis creation texts before, but I had never really and truly examined them until several interesting discussions with a co-worker made me examine these parables more closely with the eyes of a practitioner rather than as a religious document. (I'll note that our discussions were not of an occult nature, simply of trying to reconcile the Nag Haamdii texts vs archeology. Yup I have some very interesting co-workers. :)
The epiphany was astounding. What is described as the Gnosis, is really a very real guide into higher magickal workings. If you think of your inner god-self as 'the perfect man', and the forming of the guardians or thoughtforms like the birth or creation of the 5 archons, then the whole of the text begins to make sense as a guide to magick ritualism or working. Taken in this context then, the relationship of the lights, the rays, the names of beings, archons and arch-angels and the lights/powers/concepts they represent becomes wholly clear and available for personal use.
So then the question becomes, is the Gnosis an historical/mythological document of religion/religious teachings or is it a parable used to initiate/guide people into true magickal works? Is this the real 'secret/inner' teachings of Jesus? These questions have haunted me for some time now as logical puzzles that are curiosities rather than things that have a bearing on my work. They are important for some people out there, though, hence the reason for sharing.

Universal Cosmology
So I was watching a science program on universal cosmology and the 'big bang' theory regression when it was discovered by cosmologists what we as practitioners have known all along. It is awesome to think that science is finally catching up. This realization by cosmologists is that we are part of a multitude of parallel universes which operate on different rules of physics, separated by a thin layer they call membranes and we call the veil.
The whole issue began with the four universal forces, electromagnetism, gravity, weak force and strong force. (sounds a lot like the four elements to me, but I digress) What physicists have had a hard time understanding is why gravity is so much weaker than the other three forces. When they finally hit on the theory that gravity actually originates in another universe/dimension and we see only a small manifestation/leakage into our own dimension (the material or physical). Once this was established, gravity calculations finally began to make sense and the relationship of the four forces came in to balance mathematically.
One day they will realize another fundamental truth that practitioners already know, that our consciousness/soul is also an extension from another universe into the material/physical world, and as such is already connected to the energy/spiritual universe. Though means of shifting our perspective and applying our will, we transcend the membranes/veils of other realities/universes, and 'leak' other energies into other manifestations (magick of the highest order). By using our spiritual connection we can backtrack to the spirit/energy universe to commune with the consciousness of others even if they have long since ceased a physical manifestation in this material plane. Also by sheer force of will, and with the help of these energies, pocket manifestations are possible to create a place, and/or visit tangent axis throughout the cycle of time which does not exist in some universes, making it possible to choose where to re-manifest a consciousness either in times past or forward when passing through the veils/membranes of other universes.
These are exciting times when science finally begins to have an inkling of the 'lost' knowledge passed down through magickal work. You begin to wonder if they are really just lost sciences mystified to prevent abuse?
